Using our management letting agency to arranged the landlords Gas and Electricity test and it was found that old boiler was condemn due to age and condition.
As a matter of urgency on advice taken via letting agency's sub-contractors we agreed to have them installed new boiler.
My 3 issues are:
New Boiler was reposition in bedroom without my consent(I been told that this was due to installation requirements nothing has been given in support of this.
I have used two independent Gas Engineers to request for a second opinion both have disagree with his point.
The present boiler installation does not conform to corgi standards therefore has be labelled so maintenance coverplan is suspended until remedial work completed.
The letting agency is denying all liability for installation (even through all work/test carried out by their appointed personnel)they only stance seem to be demanding settlement of remaining balance for the sub standard work carried out by contractors.
I have put in writing my requirements to the management agency but their response was too ignore my comments give me 7 days notice with the promise that the remedial work only wiil be done.
