Fair rent officers
* Isssuing a S21 (because we haven't already done so) and going for a new AST - therefore taking 2 months
* Going for a 1 month fix by issuing a S13 and risking the tenant alerting the fair rent office
If the latter, what happens if the tenant does go to the fair rent office and we disagree with their ruling? Do we then have to start down the S21 route and wait another 2 months?
