I understand that a let property where the rent exceeds 25k per year is NOT an AST, it is a "Bare Contractual Tenancy", and is not covered by the Housing Act.

Does anyone have an appropriate pro-forma contract I can use when I let the home out to an individual.

I note the RLA has only ASTs or Company Lets.
