Claiming Additional Costs
We are in rented accomodation ourselves, and given that our tenant won;t move out and we are facing the lengthy eviction process, we cannot give our landlord notice and therefore we are having to pay additional rent.
Our question is, once our tenant finally vacates our property, can we claim our additional rental costs from her(via small claims court or from her deposit) ?
