I have recieved a phone call from a tenant a couple of days ago informing me that workmen working on the property next door have been hitting the dividing wall so hard that bricks have moved and plaster has been knocked off in my property.
I have been to inspect the damage and there are 3 seperate areas where the bricks have been dislodged as a result of the impact with plaster coming off the wall in all these areas.
My tenant has tried speaking with the workmen but they are Polish and claim that they cant speak english. We are trying to establish who the landlord is but are struggling due to the lack of understanding on the workmens part.
Can anyone give me some advice as to what action i should take?
