I have received a notice of allocation from the court with regard to a court case I am bringing against an absconding tenant. Should I still turn up at court on the due date and what action should I request the court to take in pursuing the debtor and the outstanding monies.

On a seperate note my insurance company is saying as there was no storms in the area of my property they wont pay out. I have told them in in the north west of england you can get a lot of rain which causes damp etc to wallpapers, ceilings and walls. You dont need a storm to have damage to your property... What can I do to get them to pay up, they dont mind taking my money but dont want to pay up.
