i am just about to let my first flat under the new system, I am cofused why landlords are using tsdl rather than the custodial system. Two months rent does not seem to make sense tdsl costs you money (it seems that landlords make a admin charge for this are tenants happy with this does it reduce your prospective tenants list?), and be it that you have to give all the respective information to the tenant about which scheme you are on, they will be aware that you are on basicly a insurance scheme and be less carful with the propery/rent "oh it all right they are insured" am i missing the point here a bit of advice would be greatfuly recived thanks.
