RLA AST - Additions To
I have a tenant who has agreed to carry out a list of 'specific' outstanding work on the property, including replacing windows, plastering, etc. (Damage was not caused by her specifically)
So far it is just a verbal agreement, but is there a way of enforcing this to be legally binding, e.g. a separate addendum to the standard RLA AST, with additonal clauses or a separate contract?
