We're private landlords in Birmingham and have been approached by a company who supply temporary emergency housing to the council they essentially want to take any vacant property we have off us and pay us going rents and then sublet to council, I've spoken to the council about us letting to them directly but they say we're not a big enough company (we have over 150 units!) what do we need to do to become direct suppliers?
