I had a court hearing last week where I gained repossession of my property. As the tenants were in excess of 3000 in arrears the judge gave 2 weeks for them to move out.Neither the tenants nor any representative for them attended the hearing.I waited for a letter from the court which I intended to photocopy and send to the tenants with a covering letter stating my intention to use the court bailiffs if they failed to move out. However due to a backlog I've not received any letter-nor have the tenants.I phoned the court and was told I should receive the letter on Tuesday which will be 2 days before the tenants should vacate the premises.I've informed the tenants verbally and they were obviously shocked by the news. My question is-what can I legally do if they fail to move out on Thursday?
