I am selling a flat with a lease and a share of the freehold company. Purchasers find the concept hard to understand as they often have no understanding of what a company is.They ask about extending the lease as it is 75 years but there is really no point if they own the freehold.
Would it be right to call it a freehold flat? Or is there another way to describe it.
