Hi,

Tenant injured thier Knee and wishes to put up rails in bathroom
The bath room is recently fully tiled, and putting up rails would leave permanent features, and or damage if removed at the end of the tenancy (9 months).

Q1) Do I have to pay for the adjustments ?
Q2) Is it reasonable for me to ask them to get a professional to do the work ?
Q3) Is it reasonable for me to ask the tenants to return the bathroom less the rails plus repair replace tiles ?

Thanks
Andy
