We have just signed a tenancy agreement with a couple who are not moving into the property until the 30th October. If we let them have the keys to gradually move property in, could this lead to any problems for us? We could let them use the garage instead.

We also plan to take out the RLA insurance plan for the bond. Can we do this on line or can you send us an application form.

Many thanks.
