Hello,
Could you please tell me what is the most appropriate or correct agreement to let a self contained property (house or flat) for a very short term, like a few months or even weeks.
These short term lets could be arranged for example when a vendor is selling a house and there is a known delay between exchange and completion and the vendor has the opportunity to rent the propery for a short period. Alternatively, people might want to rent a property for a few months because they are doing a short course in the area, or a short period of work in the area. Or alternatively, if they have bought a house but can't move in until a certain date and need a place to rent until then.
Thanks
Bruce
