I have recently let a HMO to some students and want to know where I can get a good central heating controller that is password protected so I can set temperatures and times. It would also be good to have say a 'boost' button so that if anyone is in outside normal times during the week then they can press boost to put the heating on higher for an hour (something they can't 'wedge' on all the time of course!).

It seems that the hight potential bills is a threat to making money on this scheme, especially when house is not fully let in all rooms!
