Conversion to flats
I am considering converting a property into flats and wonder if anybody can provide any useful information with regards to potentiol pitfalls please?
It is a very large mid terrace over 4 floors. If it was converted with a view to selling 4 seperate flats after splitting the leasehold, who would pay electricity on hallway lighting and is a communal hallway ok?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
