Access rights with no arrears
The lease states he must not leave the property unoccupied for more than 30 days so in effect he has broken its terms.
Are there any other steps I must take before I enter the property? It hasn't been inspected for 18 months. He is/was? a foreign student and is no longer registered at the academic establishment. I have run out of ideas as to contacting him. I last had access during in tenancy 18 months ago.
Looks like a small problem compared to some on here!
