Agency Renewal Fees
Any experience related to not paying renewal fees for estate agents? (post Foxtons ruling). All seems a little unclear. Even though I've signed agreement to annual renewal fees the ruling hints that such conditions may be unfair.
In my case - agent is find-only (no rent collection, management). Tenant is 3 years in property on AST. 3 years on they want 5% of the annual rent (1 year in advance).
