Hi. One of my letting agents inform me that they can continue to charge me for the tenant in perpetuity, for the whole time my tenant remains in the property.

They say, The only way I can regain control is to evict the tenant, which I have no desire or reason to do as they have been reliable and no problem for some years.

They also say we would need to give them a year's notice to terminate the agreement.

I'm also unhappy about charges they make for fairly minor repairs.

Please help me on this one. I look forward to your reply.

Many thanks
