I hold a Power of Attorney on a property. I have instructed a letting Agent to rent out the property where an agreement was signed between me and the Letting Agent. Now a tenant has been found and a Short hold Tenancy Arrangement has been signed, between the Letting Agent and the Tenant. I have received a Copy of the Contract and they have put the owners name on instead of mine. I am not to sure but this could lead to complications when trying to get the property back.

My questions are

1. Should my name have gone on the Contract?
2. Should the agent supply me with the Original Contract?
