Hi all, what is the latest advice regards recurring estate agents fees for a house let they arranged 1 year ago on my behalf- they would like to bill me again, albeit a lesser amount, though I objected to the clause at the original signing of the lease papers (though weakly relented as I was tired of the haggling at the time). They have re-written the same contract for the current tenants who have stayed on, but not billed the tenants again at least. Is it worth the hassle of not paying and waiting to see how they can proceed? thanks in advance. what's the latest legal standpoint on this- I thought there was some legal ruling in the last few years suggesting they were being optimistic in expecting to get recurring fees pain to them? Thanks in advance.
