Which form to use for ending tenancy
I also have a second tenant on an AST ending April 2011. He is two months behind on rent and has had numerous altercations with all over tenants. Indeed, tenants have moved out because of him. Section 21 issued during tenancy expired 07/04/11. Please advise best way for repossession and recovery of monies due.
