Clarification of landlords rights after gaining possession order
As I understand it, at this stage the tenancy has been leagally ended by court order and the tenant should have left as per court order (date).
1. Can we enter the property (without the court bailiffs) with our keys, change the locks and remove any possessions for storage/collection?
2.If tenant has changed locks, can we use reasonable force to entre and perform above (No1.)?
3. What happens in the event the court bailiffs come to evict, the tenant not in/not opening the door/or has changed the locks; can we/bailiff use reasonable force to effect No1.?
