Tenant done a runner!
Her other half had agreed to pay December's late payment of rent and this month to get the rent up to date and then he was cutting his ties with her and the property, so if he does what he says, the rent will in fact be up to date. We also have a month's rent in the tenant deposit scheme so want to ensure that we utilise that security.
I would like your advice as to some key steps of what to do next to ensure I cover off everything ASAP and minimise any hassle and breaks in letting the propoerty. First time this has happened!
