I let a conventional domestic garage for the purpose of vehicle storage.The tenants possessions are still stored in the garage and |I have a telephone number for him. But he has moved address and his whereabouts are unknown.
The lease enables me to serve notice if he is 7 days in arrears. It also enables me to dispose of the items in the garage. However, I no longer have an address to serve him with notice.
How can I serve notice effectively? There are no provisions in the lease for alternative service.
