1 Thanks
I have served my tenant a section 21 notice and she is due to leave on 11th Feb.However, she has just emailed me to say she will not be leaving and I will have to persue her through the courts. It appears she is trying to get council accommodation as she is no longer working. Needless to say she is currently in arrears to the tune of 950 with no sign of any payment in the future. There is a guarantor who is also refusing to pay. I acknowledge that I must get a possession order through the courts but would like to know your opinion on recovering the rent. Is it possible to issue a ccj through someone like moneyclaim on line to the guarantor (who is working) and maybe get an attachment of earnings? What would your advise be for the quickest resolution. Many thanks S.B.V
