what is the situation as regards a tenant who has been served notice to quit(21)and declared that he wont go and the night before he is due to leave is issued with an official warning about harassment of a fellow tenant by the police.now i know that this particular chap cant keep his mouth shut and will continue to abuse said tenant, this being the case i have been informed by the police that they will arrest him and have plenty of evidence to charge him they also told me if this happens he will not be allowed to return to the house, where do i stand as far as removing his belongings(seeing as he cant come back to the property)and will he be deemed as having moved out seeing as his notice period has expired?alternativly if the police accompany him to the property after he has been charged in order to get his goods and he takes them is there any comeback?hope this makes sense.
thanks
