i have served s21 which expires on 21st July I am considering employing Landlordaction ( company which will handle eviction proceedings) as last time we went to court with this tenant CAB sent barrister on his behalf they got adjournment on disability grounds, tenant has drug & alcohol issues, and housing benefit stepped in. This was last year and now we just want the property back as we want to sell it. any experience of these types of services would be greatly appreciated as I know tenant will be told to stay put till he has CCJ.
