Rent Arrears - Way Forward
They are in full time employment so they do have an income.
They are in arrears with monthly rent payments to myself, however they have offered a schedule by which they will pay off the arrears alongside keeping up with on-going monthly rent.
I would like to give them the opportunity to proceed with the above, however to protect my interests do I need to serve a Section 8 / 21 but only enforce if the repayment schedule is missed.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
