I've given a S8 notice to a tenant and submitted a claim for possession and rent arrears, hearing is set for 19/06/08.
He has now given up poseession owing approx £1000. Should I continue with the hearing to obtain a judgement for money or pursue money separately - except I have no forwarding address!?

Altough not working the tenant is claiming benefits and is also taking his ex-employer to tribunal for compensation for unfair dismissal.
