I own 4 flats in a block of approximately 20 – the Service Charge is set to be increased by 50% and the feeling amongst a few Landlords (who collectively own over half the properties) is that we could do a far better job of managing the maintenance ourselves – and for less money!
Has anyone successfully ‘ousted’ a management company and set up their own management company?
Any thoughts or advice would be very welcome.
