I have a tenant who assumed occupancy on 26 June 2007 using an AST Agreement for a fixed period of 6 months. My tenant has failed to pay his rent in full since October 2007. He has made a mix of part, and no payment for the past 3 months. He is approximately one month’s rent in arrears at this time of writing. I have written to the tenant on 3 occasions and tried to contact him by phone numerous times, all without success.

Please can you advise in respect of the eviction process from this pint onwards based on the scenario above?
