I have a tenant that I need to evict when the tenancy ends. I want the current tenant to leave immediately after the tenancy agreement ends (they won't go willingly) because I have new tenants who needs to know when they can move in. The reposession process in my area (going through the court to obtain possession) takes roughly 3 months.
Is there anything that I can do to ensure that I have the possession order prior to the agreement ending (ready for the day when the tenancy ends?, because legally, the tenant should not be living in my property after the agreement ends, they should not be allowed to stay long after the agreement has ended.
