Hi I am about to APO a couple living in a flat i own, they are heroine addicts, LHA is paid directly to me but they dont pay their Top-Up.

I was wondering once the APO has bee granted and im allowed to get the bailiffs in what is the maximum time i have to do this in, my thinking is the thought of eviction might push them in to towing the line and paying up, if they did start paying im not to fussed if they remain on, but i wanted to know the life span of the APO, so if they start messing up again i can just get the bailiffs using the original court order, rather than having to start again.

i know it might seem odd, but apart from not paying top-up they are ok, clean, tidy no other trouble etc.

can any one advise on the life span for me thanks BOB
