One of our tenants has broken into the flat above his to run electric from it to his property. He has used both the windows to access leads and also made a hole in his ceiling and the floorboards in the flat above to run a further lead.
We have involved the police and they are investigating it, we have incident numbers and crime ref.
Can we serve him with 24 hrs notice for anti social behaviour or other?? Or will this get thrown out as he has not yet been charged??
We really want this tenant out as he is nothing but trouble so any advice please...
