I INTEND TO REQUEST THAT TENANTS LEAVE ONE OF MY PROPERTIES DUE TO A NUMBER OF BREACHES OF THE TENANCY AGREEMENT.

THEY HAVE DAMAGED THE PROPERTY
THEY HAVE 5 WEEKS RENT ARREARS
THEY ARE CAUSING A NUISANCE IN THE AREA AND ENGAGING IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITES FROM THE PROPERTY.

I HAVE BEEN VISITED BY THE LOCAL POLICE WHO REQUESTED I REMOVE THEM DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE RECIEVED ABOUT THEM.

IF I SERVE A SECTION 8 NOTICE STATING A BREACH OF GROUND 14 CAN I REQUEST THE TENNANTS VACATE IMMEDIATLEY WITH NO ENTITLEMENT TO A NOTICE PERIOD?

THE POLICE HINTED (VERY STRONGLY ) THAT THEY MAY NEED TO RAID THE PROPERTY AND IF THEY DID THAT I WOULD BE LEFT WITH THE COST OF REPLACING ANY DOORS,WINDOWS ETC THAT THEY DAMAGED DURING THE RAID IS THIS TRUE?
