This information might be helpful to some of you out there. Apprarently we got possession order for our property, for 13th Dec 2007 and tenant was suppose to move out by 27th Dec 2007. We then had to get a bailiffs warrant, which we got for 6th Feb 2008. The tenant put in a suspension order and we had a hearing in the court today.

The judge threw the tenant's case out fo court as she had passed the mandatory date of 42 days from 13th Dec 2007. She therefore does not have any right to appeal against the court's decision.

We learned this the hard way, so I thought this information may help anyone in similar position.
