Tenants who end their tenancy, vacate the property, but leave some of their belongings behand must be a common problem with landlords. How do we clear the house ready for the next tenant?

I note when this question is raised in the forum the Heldesk reply is - Type TORTS(INTERFERENCE WITH GOODS )ACT into Google and follow the procedure set out by a council.

This requires a 'Collection of Goods Notice' to be served and a load of regulations to comply with.

Do RLA provide a guidance &a 'Collection of Goods Notice' form download?

If not I'm sure fellow landlords would welcome a guidance pack from RLA and may I formally request it.
