Sacking a Rental Agent
It took him over 1 year to get a window lock key to the clients, during this time they could not open the windows and mould has grown causing the ceiling to fall down!
He has not obtained a gas cert for a property he's let for the past 7 years.
These are just the things that have happened this week.
I would like to sack him, but in the contact I pay him one months rent for each house taken away (we have 7 with him)
Is there another way?
Additionally the mouldy one had a different agency FIND A TENANT and then this agency took over rent collection, so not quite sure where I stand on the One months rent clause!
Can anyone suggest anything.
