We served a Section 21 in July 08, the tenant has still not moved, she has paid some rent, but is currently 4 months in arrears.

Even if she were to catch up with her rent, we want her out, I will not give her a new rental agreement, ( the last one ran out June 08) now on a monthly basis.

If we go to court to get her out:

1) Which court is it? County Court, or Magistrate Court?

2) How do we start the process?

3) What will it cost?

4) Will she be made to leave?

5) Howlong should this process take.
