I can not believe that there is no way that you can not evict a tenant before the 6 month AST is up even if they are
1) Trashing your property
2) Trashing the communal areas
3) Allegedly doing drugs on the premises
4) Smoking in communal areas
5) Owe over 2 months rent
6) Party nearly every night up setting and intimidatin other occupants through being druggged or pi**ed up!
7) ETC ETC ETC ETC

I know about the section 8 and the Section 21 which have all been served but how can you not IMMDEIATELY or more or less immeditaley get your property back and not have to wait 6 - 10 weeks to get to court.
If anyone has an answer please help me!!!
