Joint Tenancy issued 26th June 2009 (six months) with first tenants brother acting as guarntor. A new tenancy was issued in October 09 in the single name of second tenant as the first tenancy had left the relationship, there was no new guarntor agreement signed. Arrears have now occured on the tenancy, do you think the landlord has redress to the guarnator or are you of the opinion that the new tenancy voids the guarntors agreement ?
