MY TENNANT REPORTED THAT THE BOILER HAD FAILED,I CONTACTED MY PLUMBER WHO VISITED IST THING THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND CONFIRMED THAT NEW PARTS WERE NEEDED.I HAVE INFORMED THE TENNANT THAT THE PARTS WILL TAKE 4-5 DAYS TO ARRIVE AS THEY HAVE TO COME FROM GERMANY,WHAT ARE MY LEGAL OBLIGATIONS TO THE TENNANT IN THIS CASE
