I have a tenant whom wishes to move out. For reasons I cannot disclose they are not in a position to issue the 1 months notice required on a periodic tenancy. They have requested the landlord issues a S.21 notice to allow them to move out. However I am content with the arrangement and the rental and do not want to surrender the existing agreement. If the tenant wants me to issue the notice to assist them, would it be unfair to add a charge for this?
