Hello, we have a tenant who has abandoned the property. He stopped paying rent and has not been seen. We know that he has moved and is now working abroad. He has left a few personal items in the accommodation but no keys and we cannot contact him. We issued the Section 21 and now have the Order for Possession N26A. We have a date for eviction from the court. Do we still need to get the bailiffs even though we feel he has left the property? Thanks.
