I have a long term tenant, whose tenancy has expired, and is now periodic. He is in arrears, and i wish to take possession of the property, reclaim arrears, and interest accrued, as detailed in the original tenancy agreement. Do i use a section 8 form for this? The notes say if the tenancy has expired then I should not use a section 8? Can you provide guidance on the flow of reclaiming my property and arrears and interest.
