Eviction at expiry of Court Order
Possession was a Section 21 Accelerated Proceedings.
My questions are
1) How long will it take Bailiff to act?
2) What is the costs
3) can I move in to occupy the vacant room(s) as she is capable to continue to pay rent on her own?
4) How else could I handle this matter without going thru the court again. The tenants want help with the Local Government and they have told the tenants not to move otherwise no help will be received from the Council.
