we have a tenant who has recently been subject to a drugs raid on the property and arrested. whilst in custody, the property had its windows smashed. The tenant has now been released, not convicted. The original tenancy has expired and the tenant is on a rolling month by month agreement. we have a signed section 21 b. Under the circumstances, what period of notice can we serve on the tenant to now vacate the premises.
