My tenants have made it clear that they will not leave regardless of the section 21 (4) a which was served correctly.

They have continued to pay rent by bacs in advance as normal instead of cancelling the standing orderand ~I am concerned that this may prejudice my notice if I accept the extra payment without comment.

Should I write and confirm the payment was received without prejudice to the notice and that it will be set asside for the time being until the possession order has been issued.? Or is it better to do nothing
and carry on with the proceedure.
