I have issued an S8 which has now expired but have subsequently read that I can issue a S21 to accelerate the possession process, which does not require a hearing at court. However, this will mean a further 2 months wait for the S21 to expire and potentially a further 2 months unpaid rent.
What is the preferred option?
Continue with the N5 and N119 or follow S21 route and small claims?
What is the general timescale (Leeds area) for possession hearings on the above?
